Ball Rub was designed to be the perfect rotisserie chicken seasoning but turned out to be destined for all foods. This all-purpose seasoning is an exotic blend of spices and herbs with flavor influences from Cajun, Italian, and Indian cuisine. Ball Rub is also made from clean and organic ingredients: no sugar, no preservatives, no GMO’s. It’s both familiar and new at the same time, carries a little bit of spice, and adds so much flavor that it takes care of most of the work in the kitchen.

Our Story

Louisiana born Texas resident, Ryan Ball, has always been a fan of great food. One day, while eating out with friends, he noticed a distinct difference between the restaurant chicken he was eating and the chicken he made at home: his chicken was simply not as good. Right then and there he set out on a mission to make the best damn all natural chicken dish possible, and after two months of obsessing over different cooking methods and blends of spices he had it! It wasn’t long before he started trying his spice blend, which is now referred to as Ball Rub, on other dishes and quickly realized it went well with pretty much anything. The rest is history.
